> ## Agent Instructions
> Base URL: https://api.social-api.ai/v1. Send your API key in the Authorization header: Authorization: Bearer <your API key>.
> Every error response from /v1 is JSON: { "error": { "code", "message", "meta" (optional) }, "request_id" }. Branch on error.code; use error.message only for logs.
> A 429 response carries a Retry-After header, in seconds, when the limit has a known wait.
> Paginated list endpoints return next_cursor, at the top level or inside pagination (see /guides/pagination). Pass it as the cursor query parameter to get the next page. An absent or empty next_cursor means you have the last page.
> Treat every ID as an opaque string: do not parse it or assume a format.
> Support differs by platform and by operation. Check /platforms/overview before assuming an operation works on a platform. An unsupported operation returns 501 with error.code resource.not_supported.

# Supported platforms

> Which operations each SocialAPI platform supports for the inbox, Automations, publishing, analytics, and webhook events, in one matrix per feature area.

SocialAPI connects Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Google Business Profile, TikTok, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, Telegram, WhatsApp, Zalo, Bluesky, Pinterest, and YouTube through one API. Trustpilot is not available and cannot be connected: see [Trustpilot](/platforms/trustpilot). Most platforms connect through SocialAPI's own platform app, so you register nothing with the platform. Telegram connects with a bot token from @BotFather, Bluesky with an app password, and X / Twitter through an X developer app that you create. See [Platform apps](/guides/platform-credentials) for who owns the app for each platform.

Every platform and every operation is available on every plan, with two exceptions that need a paid plan: WhatsApp template messages (`403 whatsapp.paid_plan_required` on the Free plan) and visual analysis in analytics exports (`include_vision`, ignored on the Free plan). Plans otherwise differ only in resource limits: see [Plans](/guides/plans). Each platform page holds a Capabilities table with the condition behind every cell below.

When you call an operation a platform does not support, SocialAPI returns `501 resource.not_supported`. That is a platform limit, not a mistake in your integration, so handle the 501 instead of branching per platform. An Automation on an account that does not support Automations returns `422 automation.platform_unsupported`, and a reviews call on a platform without reviews returns `422 account.platform_unsupported`.

The cells have 5 values:

| Value | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Yes | Supported |
| No | Not supported. The call returns an error, or the feature does not exist on the platform |
| Partial | Supported with a limit on what it covers |
| Conditional | Supported only when a condition holds, such as an action on your own comment |
| Beta | Supported for accounts with beta access, on the connection types named on the platform page |

The condition behind every Partial, Conditional, and Beta cell is on the platform page. Each comment returned by the inbox also carries a `capabilities` object that tells you which actions the platform allows for it: see [Comments](/guides/comments).

## Inbox

Comments, replies, moderation, private replies, direct messages, mentions, and reviews. Guides: [Comments](/guides/comments), [Direct messages](/guides/direct-messages), [Mentions](/guides/mentions), [Reviews](/guides/reviews).

A TikTok account connected with a [creator connection](/platforms/tiktok#creator-connection) has no comments and no mentions.

LinkedIn comments and mentions work on a company Page connection. A profile connection (`connection_type: "profile"`) can reply to, like, and delete comments but cannot list them, and it has no mentions: see [LinkedIn](/platforms/linkedin#capabilities).

## Automations

Publish, schedule, update, and delete posts, and add a first comment. Guides: [Publishing](/guides/publishing), [Scheduling](/guides/scheduling), [Media](/guides/media). The media columns show the types a post can carry. Counts, sizes, and formats are on each platform's publishing page.

## Webhook events

Which event groups each platform emits. The events, their payloads, and the platforms behind each one are on [Webhook events](/guides/webhook-events), the canonical home of this list. Setup is in [Webhooks](/guides/webhooks). A TikTok [creator connection](/platforms/tiktok#creator-connection) emits no comment or mention events.
